Note: All trip prices include one guide unless otherwise requested and all fishing equipment except fishing licenses, flies and gratuities. Lunches and beverages are included on full-day trips. Snacks and beverages included on half-day trips.

Something to consider if your schedule allows, a full day guide trip is always the best way for you to have the best overall experience. Spending the entire day with your guide provides opportunities to travel greater distances, access to our full range of fisheries and more overall time spent on the water.
Private Water – Access to our private waters is also not included in the above fees. The difference in price for private water depends upon the rod fee, or access fee required by the land owner. Availability does not last long on many of our private waters so it is best to plan your trip several weeks in advance. Please contact us direct to discuss private water options and availability.
Private Waters Non-Refundable Fee(s):
Private water rod fees, if applicable, are not refundable once the trip has been confirmed. The reason for this is these private locations charge the Yellowstone Fly Shop the rod fees on a non-refundable basis, once the trip date has been confirmed with them.
Deposit/Refund/Cancellation Policy
A 50% trip deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation.
A full refund of the deposit will be given if the trip is cancelled at least 30 days in advance of the trip’s planned departure date. If your trip is booked on private waters, see above. Inside 30 days, we will refund the deposit if/when we can rebook the guide day(s) with another client.
If trip cancelled within 72 hours of departure, full payment is due.
Prior to your trip we will contact you to figure out additional details such as lunch preference and meeting time and location.
On most waters, it’s our policy to practice catch and release fishing only on our guided trips, we prefer to put them back to catch again another day.
