Elden Snapp - Guide
Elden grew up in Gatlinburg, Tennessee with her father owning a fly shop. This allowed her to start fishing at a young age, quickly coming to find out that trout are her preferred species to target. Elden has been spending time in Idaho and Wyoming since she was 8 years old, quickly discovering that she would love to be a guide in the area.
For the coming years Elden continued to fish her home waters, along with various areas in the west, always coming back with the opinion that the greater Yellowstone area was special. She began her guide career in 2020 with the Smoky Mountain Angler, and is happy to now call Idaho home for the summer season. Elden is passionate about sharing her knowledge and love of fly fishing, as well as education on the beautiful lands we find trout in.
